MARKET LAB - ideas brought to life!

Service Description

For kids who are creators, already have art to sell? A perfect product to perfect? Need some help fine tuning? In this lively, interactive class we will explore entrepreneurship while we take a deep-dive into the participants’ view and vision for the world. The goal: that these makers gain confidence to take their ideas to market. The workshop includes training and practice in: initial concept, brand development, and product development, and culminates in a trade show run by the students. ​ Participants should bring in examples of what they want to market and sell. I.E. art, crafts, makeup, cookies, etc. This workshop will be part product development and part skills building in terms of financial literacy, development, and marketing. Participants will all have access to a booth to sell their wares at the CAW Youth Makers Market on December 8.

Cancellation Policy

CAW will fully refund any program or event purchase, if the request is made in writing via email at least 24 hours before the first date or the date of the series, program, event, or food tour. There will be no refund made after the date of the first event or program if no communications have been made. CAW can also transfer any balance to a gift card to be applied to another program or event. CAW will refund any party or private group deposit up to two weeks before the date of the event.
