Chef Empress Vasquez

Chef Emperatriz Vasquez is a local Culinary Consultant and Pastry Chef located in Nyack, NY. 

A culinary instructor for the Nyack Library, she's also been instructing the Lil Baker's classes at CAW since September 2022 and is thrilled to transition to Kids Culinary Workshop where she will teach your children how to create culinary masterpieces while also building confidence in the kitchen setting. Her objective is to introduce a variety of techniques and flavors that will keep your children actively wanting to learn and create more and more.

Emperatriz is the proud owner of Queen of Cuisine LLC which is set to launch later this year.
