At CAW, our mission is to nurture creativity, community, and connection through the arts.We are a community-focused center dedicated to youth arts education, social-emotional development, and creating a welcoming place where artists and organizations can come together to inspire, collaborate, and grow.We’re proud to now offer our studio spaces for rent to local youth groups, social organizations, and creative individuals seeking space for workshops, gatherings, rehearsals, and community events.

About Our Spaces

Our studios are designed to support artistic exploration and community engagement. Each rental includes access to:

A restroom and sink
Our inviting lobby and little library
A welcoming environment centered on creativity, kindness, and accessibility

Studio Options & Rates

One Large Studio (fits approximately 25–30 people): $25 per hour
Two Large Studios (fits approximately 55–60 people): $50 per hour

Mondays: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM | 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Tuesdays: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM | 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Wednesdays: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM | 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Fridays: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM | 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sundays: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

FAQs

What do the studio rentals include?

Tony’s Studio: Tables and chairs for meetings, workshops, or collaborative work.
Theatre Studio: Open floor space, stools, and access to an amplifier and speakers — ideal for rehearsals, creative sessions, or performances.

Can I bring in outside food and beverages?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
Please note: Alcohol is not permitted on site.

Can I use the space for a live performance?
Yes! Live performances are welcome. You’ll just need to agree to specific space usage terms, including additional supervision for guests during events.

Can I rent the space monthly?
Absolutely. If you’re interested in a recurring rental, please include that request on your form, and we’ll be in touch to discuss availability and pricing.

Can we use your art supplies?
No — our art materials are reserved for CAW programs and classes. We encourage you to bring your own supplies as needed.

Can we store materials if we rent regularly?
Yes, storage may be available depending on the amount and type of supplies. Please specify your needs in the form, and we’ll let you know what we can accommodate.
