Cancellation & Registration Fee Policy The $75 registration fee is non-refundable and secures your child’s seat in the Creative Arts Workshop After School Arts program for the 2026–2027 school year from UNES, VCE, or Liberty. Because space is limited and this reservation prevents another family from enrolling, registration fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including schedule changes, withdrawal, or non-participation. If your plans change, your reserved seat may be released upon written request; however, the registration fee will not be returned. In August 2026, families will be invited to select their weekly schedule and complete enrollment. Monthly tuition and program policies will be outlined at that time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to a creative and meaningful year together.
